What was the highlight of The Pristine Hotel
In general a good hotel, but there is room for improvement.
- Breakfast - Restaurant - Rooms are relatively large and mostly clean - Friendly staff
- Staff at restaurant should be trained better. - Local people staying and eating directly at the buffet. Not very appetizing. Waiters should ask them to sit down - Power outtage too often - Wifi disconnects very often - Vacuuming the hallway at 8 on a sunday where you want to have a good sleep - Sometimes too noisy due to banquet hall plus the people attending this venues. If you are lucky, you´ll get a room next to them and you´ll not manage to have good sleep, because they are partying, frequently coming and going, talking louldly in front of the room, not closing the doors and talking loudly, ringing the door, etc etc. Why it is not possible to get them all on 7th floor and regular guests at 6th?

Overall good
Its a new property and clean rooms.
We wanted twin bed rooms which were not provided even though we had requested for the same while booking. The hotel phone keeps ringing, and one can get through after many attempts. The staff need a little more training, especially the restaurant staff.

breakfast is amazing and tasty location was very good main road entry reception staff is very cooperative they provided us room early check in
