In general a good hotel, but there is room for improvement.
- Breakfast - Restaurant - Rooms are relatively large and mostly clean - Friendly staff
- Staff at restaurant should be trained better. - Local people staying and eating directly at the buffet. Not very appetizing. Waiters should ask them to sit down - Power outtage too often - Wifi disconnects very often - Vacuuming the hallway at 8 on a sunday where you want to have a good sleep - Sometimes too noisy due to banquet hall plus the people attending this venues. If you are lucky, you´ll get a room next to them and you´ll not manage to have good sleep, because they are partying, frequently coming and going, talking louldly in front of the room, not closing the doors and talking loudly, ringing the door, etc etc. Why it is not possible to get them all on 7th floor and regular guests at 6th?

Very Poor
Big and nice room
Bad staff: we asked them to call a taxi and they told us we had to call it by ourselves. There was a party at the lower floor till midnight, it was impossible to sleep: we complained about it and the receptionist even got aggressive telling us that they couldn't do anything. We asked if there was a bar in the building and they told us no, while there's a bar and a restaurant at the roof top. There were just two towels in the room, no small ones. Also toilet paper was in a small amount. Last but not least, the breakfast was terrible, croissant like plastic, we asked plain coffee and they brought it with milk. Trust me, this is not a 5 star hotel, especially from the management point of view.
